Hawk Link Nest
Our office has moved to the Hawk Link Nest. You can find the MSP Scholars Program, Hawk Link, and Native American Initiatives on the 1st Floor of Summerfield Hall, in Suite 130.
Participate in Hawk Link events, visit with a Hawk Link Coordinator, sign up for a Hawk Link Peer Mentor, attend Jayhawk JumpStart (formerly OPTIONS), engage on social media, or apply to work with as a peer mentor. There are many ways to get connected to Hawk Link, fill out this Hawk Link Interest Form to get started or stop by our office (Summerfield 350).
Absolutely! KU offers several support programs that offer targeted support or a smaller campus community. Students should absolutely apply for programs that interest them including TRIO SES & STEM, Honors, Emerging Scholars, McNair Scholars and so many others. You are welcome to invite others to attend events with you. Some academic services and trips may be reserved for specific students due to cost limitations but unless stated, all events are open to all Jayhawks.
Hawk Link primarily serves undergraduate students but we are working to partner with other campus offices to support graduate students.
Yes, Hawk Link does provide support to transfer students coming to KU.
